Cars24 is India’s largest platform for car ownership and resale.

I worked on strategic and tactical research initiatives to drive adoption, improve dealer experience by mapping the  B2B ecosystem, and shape future B2C verticals.

Exploratory studies, usability testing, journey mapping, persona development, UX metrics instrumentation and Research operations

  • Understood  and mapping the complex ecosystem of Car dealer, Franchise networks and led ground research individually in Dealers Pod within a team of 7 designers and UX writer

  • Built trust into journeys by leading strategic research on gaining Car dealers ( B2B)  and buyer-seller ( B2C)  confidence and trust.

  • Tracking impact metrics continuously with Product managers and stakeholders alike 

  • Improved usability through continuous testing of high-stakes flows like car-selling and loan processes.

  • Bridged research & product by translating insights into features that shaped app-wide experiences.

My Learnings from Cars24 📚

I learned to tie insights to measurable outcomes (e.g., reducing cancellations, boosting engagement), which made research indispensable in product discussions.

Building repositories, playbook, and templates taught me how systems amplify insights across teams and time.

Mixed methods create richer clarity.

Pairing on-ground fieldwork in Tier 2/3 cities with behavioral data gave me a 360° view of users and helped influence strategy.
